Sir. My b12 is 107 and doctor is given mylamin capsule when I learn detail that if your thyroid disorder do not take. I am type 2 diabetic and tsh problem. Pls advice.

Hello, thanks for the query. When vitamin b12 deficiency is there, then there is a need to take that supplement. In many of the t2 dm patients methylcobalamine is given on regular basis to help reduce diabetic neuropathy related symptoms. Even in patients with either hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, this vitamin is given if there is a need. I do not know from where your have got the information. Thanks.
