Gemer tablet side effects- hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) taste change nausea diarrhea stomach pain headache upper respiratory tract infection actually it depends upon how effectively you control your blood sugar. If you do diet control n exercise regularly then its possible to reduce medicine and over a period of time you might not need medicine at all.
