Hello Sir, I have been suffered from anxiety 3 years back. Now recently 4 months back I start suffering from pain at a backside of my head. I consulted with a neurologist who said it's just anxiety after diagnosis from ct scan (not brain). And started medicine escitalopram 0.5 mg. The pain is relieved but I started getting thoughts and fear in my head. Now when I myself overcame from this fear and thought. I feel (sometimes) like in my head some tip-top sound like feeling, though t's not sound like heartbeat and some time its like I will lose my consciousness. I want to know that, is there some problem or it is just my doubt. please tell me sir (age 23)
