I am 52 years old taking lexapro (escitalopram 15 mg) and about 1 mg clonazepam for last 18 years. Always feel on the edge and almost always have imbalance and disequilibrium feeling. How can I make my life better. Makes me very anxious during movement (walking showering etc) should I change my doses. Add on something else.

Are you taking these with regular psychiatrist review, or on your own. As these come under medications which require regular review for side effects, resistance and other issues. Kindly consult a nearby psychiatrist and get it revised. Clonazepam 1 mg for long can produce severe long term issues like brain shrinkage, cognitive deficits, personality changes etc.
