Until recently, my diabetes was fairly good in control. Since last few months, my sugar levels have been gradually increasing. As of this morning, the reading is very high: 228 (fasting) untilseptember 2018, average reading fasting was around 140. I have been consuming the following medicines: januvia 100 mg (1 x per day) amaryl 1 mg (2 x per day) glycomet gp2 (2 x per day) what shall I do to reduce the sugar level? Thank you madhu ruia.

Start insulin. You are already on full dose of several medicines and if fasting remains above 200 with these, then insulin is the best option.
