I am a 28 year old guy with no history of heart issues. I have been getting treatment for anxiety though - trika 0.25, which was prescribed by my gastroenterologist because of palpitations. I took trika for about 3 weeks and have stopped taking it. Currently i'm taking veltam 0.4 for kidney stones and alkaston-b6 liquid in water. The problem is i'm waking up to really fast heart rates and they increase rather easily with the smallest activities, like climbing a few stairs. I can hear them not being very regular also. My gastroenterologist thinks this is just anxiety. Please let me know your opinion.
