One month back went to pvp movie theatre and there I felt some prick pain but then I checked my seat thoroughly with hand but did not find any thing but after that incident I read in internet that people are placing hiv needles in movie theatre seats I also found very small superficial scratch on my thumb I dnt know how it happened. I just want to know is this a significant exposure to hiv im worrying too much and unable to sleep or eat properly from that incident im assuming every incident as a potential threat of hiv and constantly worrying I had full panel body tests few days before that incident and im not having any disease please help is a test warranted.

You have paranoid fear about hiv and making chances to build unreal stories and believe that you were infected unknowingly. Yu have no hiv infection and no one keeps needle in theaters. If your scare is not controlled, you convince your mind by doing a hiv dna test 90 days after the incident you described.
