My question is related to my mother who is 80 year old and right now bed ridden due to minor fracture. She has been in hospital for 15 days due to chest congestion, leading to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance, leading to hallunisation at hospital. This issue is already 90% cured but her sleep cycle is disturbed and during night, soft hallunazation start. I want to know whether arip 2.5 mg dose is safe for long usage and can it be withdrawn suddenly or by following technique of alternate day medication.
