I am using the toothpaste" Dabur" red. Is that toothpaste good or can I use" vicco" toothpaste. Pls give suggestions.

Toothpaste as such play little role in cleaning of teeth compare to brush. you can use any toothpaste which suits you

Both are ayurvedic. It may be good for gums but not for teeth. It may not prevent cavities. Better switch to any other normal paste like colgate.
