I have used nexito to good effect to treat my anxiety. Used it for 6 months and slowly stopped now. But I feel I need it for long term. I am again losing interest in day to day activities and have low energy. How long can one use nexito for or is there something else to take.

Annti depressants and Axiety is often associated with Depression and anti deppressive disorder need to be treatedressants are given in Anxiety , Anxiety is a universally present emotion which is normal but some people have a low threshold and react with the type of symptoms you have, please get yourself evaluated nad counselling often helps too. a major Depressive disorder need to be treated for a period of 6 to 9 months but often it recurs.A stress induced Depression need to be treated till you develop the capacity to mitigate your stress or modify your response to it for which counselling also helps.Thanks

The symptoms you have expressed can be medical or more likely a part of anxiety/ depressive spectrum. Consult a psychiatrist, get evaluated and then treated with appropriate medications plus cognitive behavior therapy, if needed. All the best.
