Respected sir/mam, i'm 19 years aged boy. Last 3 yrs, I can't focus on my studies. Whenever I opened my book, some stupid thinking plays in my brain. I've started making some stupid thinking, thinking about some stupid conversation, friend stories, etc etc. After all full time gone lost, no studies done by me. Yrs come and end, but my educational performance gone poorer and poorer, my jee main exam come close to me, I wanna achieve a good rank, I had wasted a year after my hs exam. Please help me to come out from it and achieve the goal.
