Just related to crying, my life partner leave me alone seven years back, I really really miss her badly, not crying openly because my children should not see but from my heart it really very hurt me, every movement she is in my mind, some time feels not worthy to live.

It seems that you are still grieving. Sharing your feelings with your children will help you process your pain. You are not sharing your feelings with your children and probably they too are not sharing theirs. You all as family can actually help each other. You can also take the help from a therapist.

Dear sir I understand that it must be quite tough for you. It is really difficult to deal with loss or separation from your partner at this age. You have your family by your side to support you in this difficult time. If possible talk to your friends and family about how you are feeling. I understand that you are afraid of hurting them, but talkinf to them will help you cope with this situation better and your family will also feel glad that they are able to support you. Feeling sad, crying spells, feeling hopeless and worthless, lack of interest, disturbed sleep and appetite can all be symptoms of depression. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further management. Treatment of depression consists of medications as well as psychological therapy depending upon the outcome of assessment.

Why she left. Surprised the kids also she left along with you. Try to win her back, else try to get cope with the present and take care of the kids and consult a psychiatrist for counselling and if needed antidepressants for a short time. All the best.
