Hello doctor, im married trying for baby. I have irregular period due to pcos but last month no cyst found in scan. Now my ovulation period over coming march 23 my period date. Now I have symptoms of breast soreness and abdominal cramp. Is this pregnancy symptoms or menstrual symptoms. Pls help for me.
