I had dysuria 5 days before I used amoxicillin clavunate 625 mg 2 times a day for three days and from 4 day. I reduced the dosage to once per day my symptoms of dysuria stopped from the first day after drinking lots of water and my pus cell count went down from 35-40hpf to 1-2hpf. but when I drink a little less water the urine comes yellow not normal for how many days should I continue the antibiotics?
