Hello, I recently had a delivery and after that I notice bit calcium issue in my body. Like unable to bite hard things from teeth. Kindly suggest me some calcium supplements or tablet. Can I take ostocalcium plus? Also suggest me anything else not much expensive one. Also what other foods I should add I my diet.
