Well the recommended option is enzalutamide other than that msi testing can be done and based on the same pemrolizumab can be a recommended option also the other information which would be useful would be whether psa is markedly raised or it is slightly raised if it is normal or slightly raised then consider biopsy of prostate to prove whether there is transformation to small cell carcinoma in which case chemotherapy like carboplatin with etposide can be used.
