My husband has a sleeping issue ever since he was a child. He wakes up several times at night, talks and enacts his dreams, which are mostly nightmares, by clearing his thought thinking he's choking, talking to people in his dream, finding something in the house etc. In about a minute he realise it is a dream & goes back to sleep. He refuses to see a psychiatrist, hence I haven't figured a way to help him so far. I am worried since it gets worse when he's tired or stressed. I have tried giving him chamomile tea to relax & asked him to do yoga, however, he's been suffering from this for almost 20 years, so these things don't help.
