Hello Lybrate-User, normally Anal sex it's not suitable for all, generally, people do it because it's give a better feeling or for also avoid unwanted pregnancy, if you Anal intercourse after passing stool makes comfort otherwise it's pushes bowel towards upside. And backbone is directly lain after the anal canal so it causes pain. So can use a lubricant like lignocaine gel before intercourse. Thank you. Please provide feedback.
