I am 25 years old male and 5 days back I started having back pain accompanied by a swelling. I thought it to be muscle torn and took anti inflammatory medicine and after taking 2 doses my pain reduced and now it's almost not there but I still do have hard swelling on my back and feeling of tightness. Pls advice me the why is that hard swelling and how much time it will take to go?
