Hello! I am having tartar in my teeth ,though I had got it cleaned 4 months back and after that I took proper care of my teeth, but it's coming back. What should I do? I cannot afford to go to dentist every 6 months, I have lost all my confidence due to this. And nowadays I feel depressed also. Please can anyone suggest me a permanent solution to this problem?

It is advisable to get your teeth cleaned by dentist every 6 months. After cleaning, polishing is required just check with your dentist if polishing is done. If not get it done. You should avoid having colored bevreges and take care that food does not get stuck for longer time.
