I have ankle pain because of running and I can't drop my practice because I have race in just 5 days and with this pain I can't run few steps .sir please help me. I can't stop practice and I have to take part in this competition please sir it is the matter of my career.

it's happening because of running, you will have to increase your bone density thr vitamin d 3 suppliments and serum calcium, along with it high calcium rich diet along with mulmin syrup 5ml twice daily after food.
