Hello, thanks for the query. Your fasting glucose is good, but PP is a bit high. Ideally it should be around 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8 . Tablet Glimiperide should ideally be used once or at the most twice a day. It is better to give a total relook at the whole treatment, including drugs, diet and exercise. Thanks.
