It is a well known fact that in appox. 25% cases pilonidal sinus recurs after surgery. So surgery is not a right choice for pilonidal sinus. However this problem can be completely treated by graded ksharsutra treatment. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during this treatment.
