I am diabetic. My bp is 130/80. Other pathological reports are ok. My hba1c is 7.5% as on today. I have been prescribed to take januvia 100 odac. Metformin 500 sr bdpc. Telma 40 od. Ecosprin od. But I have doubt about the heart related medicines. If possible pl provide ans.

Januvia 100, metformin 500, bdid are for your dm. Odace n telma are for bp. Odace 5 mg tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure. your attending physician must have given this because of your high bp. As both dm n ht are not good for heart.
