I am 33 yes old male. I have left sided pain in hand & shoulder. I have also feel chest pain which causes anxiety. My heartbeat getting fast sometimes. I have done all the test the doc suggested like eco, tmt.ecg and coronary angiogram all r fine. But I feel pain even if I starch my shoulder. My anxiety level is too high n I am depress alot. Doc suggested me tryptomer n etizola beta but no one works. I had also appendicitis surgery when I was 14 years old is that any reason for my problems. Pls guide me well.
