I suffer from seasonal skin allergy that gets worse during winters. I recently consulted with a dermatologist and he prescribed isotretinoin 20 mg once a day for 3 months. I checked about the side effects of medicine on the internet and got really scared as the side effects my doctor mentioned to me was only skin drying. Should I begin with the treatment? I only have mild back and face acne.
