Hi doctor my all reports: hsg, blood test, thyroid are normal, except I have pcos and my amh is high ie 13.30 ovulation occurs and egg ruptures only with clomid 100 cc. My follicle does not increase and I do not ovulate naturally, follicle increases and ruptures only with the medicine since my amh is high Dr. told me she can not increase the dose of clomid as it will result in hyperstimulation. My husbands semen report are also normal and it shows good sperm count. My ovulation reports: my weight here was 76.6 1st cycle:- clomid 50 mg: largest size: 11 mm 2nd cycle:- clomid 100 mg: largest size: 15 mm 3rd cycle:- letrozole 2.5 mg: largest size: msf 4th cycle:- clomid 100 mg: largest size: msf 5th cycle:- clomid 100 mg: largest size: msf after loosing 12 kgs weight, clomid worked for me 6th cycle:- clomid 100 mg: largest size: egg ruptured but did not conceive 7th cycle:- clomid 100 mg: largest size: egg ruptured but did not conceive 8th cycle:- clomid 100 mg: largest size: egg ruptured but did not conceive 9th cycle:- letrozole 2.5 mg: largest size: msf my question: now doctor suggested to do laparoscopy for infertility, should I go for it or not? If yes how it will help me? If no, then what are other options available? Will I ever conceive? Please help.
