I have as I can access a chronic depression. Symptoms like anxiety, worry among many others and even some suicidal thoughts. I can't concentrate a bit on my studies even after putting days and months. My day would start with regret of not waking early despite having set three alarm and this has been going on since years. I have acute pain in all muscles and that quality sleep is a far cry now. I sleep to rest but wake up tired more. Then as planned would never sit to study, instead either surf internet or found find a way to get distracted. I would make up a plan only to see it departing. One of things that I feel is taking a toll on me is over thinking this is literally breaking me apart. So this goes on till my dinner and then I would calculated my sleep schedule and would to bed having faith to wake up early in morning but it would take hours to get sleep and while all in my family sleep before 10, I would still be turning at 12.
