I am taking clonazepam .25, paroxetine 12.5 (half tablet), zolfresh 6.25 mg daily at night from last 6 years and is continued. Initially depression, anxiety, sleeplessness were the main reasons. Is it safe to continue the medicine?

It is not recommended to continue banzodiazapine like clonazepam for such a long period as it is addictive medicine. Zolfresh is also medicine for sleep which should not be continue for a long period. Apart from zolfresh others are relatively safe. Even clonazepam needs to be tapered and stopped and paroxetine dose is too ow, which is the only medicine among the three which treats the reason behind anxiety, while other 2 give symptomatic relief.
