I am a high pressure and heart patient. I am taking metolar xr 25 mg and eslo 5 mg once daily. I cannot control my urine. In day time there is not much problem but during night time it is too much difficulty to control. I have to go for urination for 2 times in night. I am not a diabetic patient. Is this problem related to heart disease.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. The reasons for increased frequency and urge to urinate can be - urinary tract infection or diabetes or possibility of prostate enlargement. So there is a need to certain investigations. Please let me know following : Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, urine analysis, Ultrasonography of prostate(pelvic region). Then we can decide on what may be the cause. Thanks.
