Hi, I am a diabetic patients for about 10 years now and I am taking gluformin 500 mg tablets twice daily and for about a month now I am noticing cramps on my hands and legs once in awhile hope is nothing serious.

Basant kusumakar ras 125 mg twice a day shreshthadi avleh 10 gm twice a day relief in 5-6 days and for complete cure take it for 60 days only avoid oily and spicy food.

Hi lybrate-user, you have not mentioned your glycemic status with twice daily dose of metformin. Check your tsh level and 25 (oh) vitamin d level. Consult your physician / diabetologist for further management.
