Two years ago my bp was 140/90 so started telma h40 daily one. Now i'm at 120/80 on with out medicine also, so changed to telma40, still 120/80 only, and again changed dose 1 tablet per 2 days, and checking daily, showing 120/80 only. Shall I stop medicine.

You can reduce the dose further. Means 20 mg. Stop it gradually. Keep checking the bp.

Hi, Don't stop the drug. Taking the medicine every 2nd day is also not the proper method. Reduce the drug to 20mg once daily and monitor your bp.
