Metosartan 25 is using for bp. Ecg and 2d echo are normal in reports. But suffering with pain at left side of hand and heart and with little breathlessness. Deep sleep in morning and less in night. Kindly suggest what to do.

Since ecg and echo are normal the chest pain felt is unlikely to be cardiac, but even then better to be vigilant. Check bp regularly, can also do a stress test like tmt to rule out for sleep disturbances she can take a mild anxiolytic after getting a prescription from the physician also give pantoprazole or ranitidine and an antacid to reduce the gastric irritation which can be caused by the medication and which can present as non specific cheat pain.
