Hi sir/ mam, I am a hypothyroid patient from past eight years. I have been continuously taking thyronorm and the dose has increased always. I have reduced 12-13 kgs in the past one and a half years. Recently my tsh level has gone to 0.14 and I am taking 125 mcg. I regularly do gym and playing squash. I intend to reduce 5-7 kgs more. My current weight is 72 kg and even doing everything i'm not able to reduce. I take fruits and veggies as I am a vegetarian. I don't take eggs even. Tea in the morning and coffee in the evening. Alcohol consumption is almost nil. So please help me what should be my protocol? Thank you.
