paroxetine can be sedative for few. If it does not produce sleepiness take during day time you can take like that, else take both at night. All the best.

Dear lybrate-user, please continue to take paroxetine in the morning and cetirizine at night. Please inform your psychiatrist that you have cetirizine from. To.and the dose. Please also inform your doctor about paroxetine 25 mg. It will be easy for doctors to assess interaction of drugs and also the side effects of each drug affecting the disorders. Just because you are depressed and taking antidepressant, does not mean you will not get rhinitis or other intercurrent infections. Both need to be treated.
