I have black heads and white heads on my face. I wash my face with face wash as my skin is oily. I even use scrub to get rid off excess oil. Is there any way to remove blackheads and whiteheads without costly skin treatment?

Yes it is. First of all scrub don't remove excess oil. And as you have oily skin use scrub twice a week to remove black heads, white heads and dead skin cells. And you need to do it regularly. Now about oily skin. You should use facewash specific for oily skin. Wash your face three times a day with facewash and cold water. Use moisturizer with water base and not cream base. Don't use oil on scalp for longer hours as it can increase sebum on your face. When dust and pollution particles mix with oil on skin pores it form black heads.
