Hi, I am 29 years old. It had used blood pressure tablets lar - h for last one year. Right now my bp range is 130/80 but hear beat 127, doctor suggest beta cap - 40 tablet now 97. How to reduce heart beat without medicine. Can I permanently stop bp tablets also, is there any side effects to use lar h tablets.
