I am a diabetic and undergone angioplasty after a heart attack in 2005 and 2011. I take insulin and other drugs prescribed by my doctor continuously. I take normal food, rice and curry avoiding sugary foods regularly. I cook for me and used to cook meals such as vegetable rice using an oil such as sunflower or vegetable oils. Is this food good for me? What kind of food is suitable for me.
