I am a class 12th student and have to give my neet exam this may. My legs feel tired and there's pain and feeling of fatigue since 2 days. Since its hot, I took fruit juices and ors solution but not to avail of anything. I also tried doing some yoga and kapalbhati and pranayam. My sitting hours are more. But at this peak time, what can I do to get back to my energy-ful state?

I got your concern. Since it is really hot best thing to do is to go for swimming and simple workout before and after is recommended. I agree with your talk about yoga and pranayam. Avoid seating for more than 20 minutes. Take plenty of fluids and get up and do some stretching.
