Hello doctor, I am suffering from ocd since 22 years & on psychiatric medicines. My ocd is manageable now. I am on delok 30 mg + hexidol 0.75 mg + zolcalm 5 mg daily. Also I am working in rotational shift duties so to avoid drowsiness, alert, stay motivated in working hours my doctor prescribed modafinil 50 mg. Please advice is it safe to use zolcalm 5 mg (before sleep) & modafinil 50 mg daily (before work start) for long time. I am very concerned although these are very low dosage, if I use longtime will it damage my brain or create other physical or mental problem.
