I am 24 years old. I want to know that can anxiety attack cause weak bones or muscles. Cause i've been suffering of anxiety attack from last 2 years. I feel like I am having weak bones and muscles that I can't walk long distant, I get tired very quick, I can't stand much time. When I done whole body check (mri, blood test) everything was normal nothing was to worry. But still feel weakness. Thats why I want to know can anxiety attack can causes weak body or is it my imagination or hallucination.
