I?m a 25 year old male, am 5?6? 140 lbs, and i?ve been struggling to put on weight in the gym. My diet is fairly good and healthy, I get about 7 hours of sleep on average, but have a hard time gaining weight. I tried eating over 3000 calories at 3 points in my life but I gained mostly fat, not muscle when I worked out. Are my genetics not good for gaining muscle and weight? Wait can possibly happen if I start taking testosterone boosters? Thank you.
