Using glucobay m50, my hb1ac is 6.2 where as fasting is 138 and post lunch is 196 should I increase my dosage please suggest.

Mr Ramesh, Thanks for the query. With HbA1c% at 6.2 %, your diabetes is well controlled. However, fasting 138 mg and PP 196 mg should be brought a bit lower (FBG <100 mg PP 160 to 170 mg). That target can be achieved by a slight adjustment in your dietary intake plus increasing the exercise being done daily to about 1 hour a day, There is no need for changing the present drugs.
