Hello lybrate-user as mentioned above, your friend is suffering from ocd i.e. Obsessive compulsive disorder which is a anxiety disorder and requires combination therapy i.e. Medecines along with regular counselling sessions to manage the symptoms. You can do this-- write down your obsessive thoughts or worries. Keep a pad and pencil on you, or type on a laptop, smartphone, or tablet. When you begin to obsess, write down all your thoughts or compulsions. Keep writing as the ocd urges continue, aiming to record exactly what you?re thinking, even if you?re repeating the same phrases or the same urges over and over. Writing it all down will help you see just how repetitive your obsessions are. Writing down the same phrase or urge hundreds of times will help it lose its power. Writing thoughts down is much harder work than simply thinking them, so your obsessive thoughts are likely to disappear sooner.

Dear Lybrate user, Nice to know your concern about your friend Princy. Just Pari alone can not manage OCD fully. Princy needs to undergo ERP - exposure and response prevention - form of therapy in addition. Her anger may be due to her depression that might be controlled with Pari. It may not burst out suddenly as long as she is in normal mood.

Secondary agitation can occur in ocd, you need to discuss the same with her treating psychiatrist and if needed get the medications adjusted. Also combine with cbt if needed. All the best.
