I am diabetic for last 10 yers. I was using pioz 15 mg and glycomet gp 2 morning and evening. My sugar was well under control and I used to have normal food. But my weight above 85 kg and swelling on legs forced me to a doctor. He kept me under observation, did all checks and suggested insugen n 15 units in the evening. But after monitoring for two months no weight reduction or swelling of feet improvements observed. Now every day fasting sugar is from 130 to 220 and random or after 2 hours of food is always above 180 after controlled diet. I am worried and now decides to go back to tablets instead of insulin. All test results were satisfactory, heart, kidney, lever, dental, opometry, etc. I had an angioplasty 11 years ago and was using many tablets all these years. Now last used cardivaze 3.125 and ecosprin gold 10 are now discontinued for two months. Should I continue it along with sugar tablets? Kindly advise me. I had very good respect for all doctors. But bit frustrated now.
