I am 26, years old. I am an anxiety disorder patient. I am having medicines of anxiety disorder following 5 years. Before 5 years my tsh is below .4 then taking anxiety disorder medicines the thyroid normal. Then there stops medicines heart palpitations occur then after the whole test of heart. Cardiologist suggest metolar 25 because my heart rate is more than 100. Then after taking this medicine. It will be all right and I am also continue metolar 25 and my tablets of anxiety. Then also I am too thin. Then doctor prescribes prohance d ,i am also having this. But today my thyroid test given tsh 8.4 .i am totally confused and feared.

If still tsh is high then eltroxine will be added. Cardiac manifestation of anxiety can be managed by psychiatrist, since you seem to have primary anxiety only.
