The patient is on paroxetine for the last three years for dysphoria and anxiety. We need to add an another mood stabilizer. We have already tried bupropion, vilazodone and all snris. Thus could you please suggest an ssri to be used concomitantly with paroxetine to increase serotonin levels. Looking forward to receiving your valuable insights!

Hello Lybrate-User, Though you have mentioned anxiety and dysphoria. I hope you have already tried psychotherapy for the patient. If not. Please go for it.
