Sir I have a problem of shortness of breath in running or cycling and sometimes even at rest. So I have consulted doctor and done pft and it is ruled out of bronchial hyperresponsiveness in small airways and early asthma. Hyperresponsiveness remains high. The reading of fev1-3.10 (pre best trial) and 3.51 (best post drug). I have also done feno test and its value is 17 which indicates ongoing airways inflammation. So doctor have prescribed me inhaler, montelukast, fexofenadine and one more asthma tablet. So I want your second opinion about my asthma problem and which best treatment I should follow. I have also used inhaler before for 6 to 7 months before and when I use inhaler then the sob decreases to some extent. The reports which I have mentioned is the recent reports. So pls tell me your opinion and tell me the treatment I should follow.
