I am suffering with knee pains. Is there any solution other than surgery? Please suggest. My age is 67 years. Weight 80 kgs. Height 5.5.

It's depends upon what stage of arthritis you have in x-ray findings. If your cartilage and bones become severely degenerated then you must have go for surgery but if damage is low then we can save your joint as a physiotherapist. You must consult to your physiotherapist and follow the knee rehabilitation program for your joint. Knee rehabilitation program will also help you later if you go for the total knee replacement surgery.
