I am 38 years old, I have diagnosed ankylosing spondylitis. I am taking saaz ds twice daily from last 20 days and feeling swallow problem, stomach upset, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, and headache. Should I stop taking medicine?

Visit the doctor, he will reduce the dose and then gradually increase or will give some other drugs. You need to take medicine for long term to slow the disease process.
